Drift Mining

A term applied to operating deposit deposits by underground ways of mining. The pasture, varied from a pair of to 8 feet, generally larger, is reached through Associate in Nursing admit or a shallow shaft. Wheelbarrows or small cars is also used for transporting the gravel to a sluice on the surface.
